Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalised items may take a little longer, depending on design approval.
Shipping

UK Orders: Delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, typically within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination, usually between 7–15 business days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order — we cannot replace or refund items sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-personalised items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
