At Venga Print, we use Royal Mail to deliver your orders safely and reliably across the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring each item is carefully packaged and protected.

We primarily use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, including:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Royal Mail 1st Class

Delivery options available will be shown at checkout depending on your order.

⏱️ Processing Times

As many of our products are made to order (personalised prints), please allow:

  • 1–5 working days for order processing before dispatch
  • Busy periods (e.g. holidays) may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

📬 Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days (aimed, not guaranteed)
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days (aimed, not guaranteed)

📦 Tracking Your Order

If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Delays & Lost Items

While we always aim for fast delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control (such as postal delays or weather disruptions).

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

Royal Mail requires a waiting period before items can be officially classed as lost.

We are not responsible for:
